Why are there pre-requisites for All-Day Pottery Wheel camps?

Pottery wheel is fun, but it is also hard work! We want to make sure that campers first experience is rewarding. All-Day pottery wheel campers are challenged with more techniques and have the opportunity to decide their own projects. We have classes through out the school year and half-day camps so that our youngest potters can build up to an all-day experience.

Will my older child be bored in a camp with younger children?

Never! We tailor our classes to meet the needs of our campers! Older campers and returning campers will be challanged with larger projects and new techniques. Most camps have a mix of ages. No matter what campers will have fun!

Can my 5-year old come to camp?

As much as we would love to say yes, we have to say no. Our camps are geared for school age children 6 years and up.
